The MARISEAL SYSTEM is a group of coatings based on Polyurethane resins, which is used in combination, and creates a seamless membrane on the flat roof, balcony, terrace etc. that protects the building structure reliably and on a long-term basis, even under the most difficult conditions.

The MARISEAL System consists of MARISEAL PRIMER, MARISEAL 250, and MARISEAL TOP COAT 400. The MARISEAL 710 is a one-component polyurethane primer, used to prepare absorbent surfaces like concrete, cement screed, wood, etc. it is solvent based and cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

The MARISEAL 250 is a one component, liquid-applied, cold applied and cold curing, polyurethane coating that cures to a seamless, highly permanent elastic waterproofing membrane. It is used on most waterproofing applications, as: Roofs, Balconies, Terraces, Wet Areas, Public Walkways, and Polyurethane Foam Protection. It cures by reaction with ground and air moisture. It has simple application, by roller or airless spray, when applied it creates a seamless membrane without joints, it is very resistant to water and frost. It maintains its mechanical properties over a temperature span of - 30 to + 90 C. it provides water vapor permeability and has full surface adherence without any additional anchoring. The MARISEAL 250 has been tested by the German State Testing Institute for Construction Materials MPA-Braunschweig according the European Union Directive for liquid-applied roof waterproofing ETAG 005, and was found conforming. The MARISEAL 250 was certified by the German State Institute for Construction Techniques DIBT-Berlin, as a member of EOTA, with the European Technical Approval (ETA) and with the CE-mark and certification.

The MARISEAL TOP COAT 400 is a pigmented, colorfast, UV-stable, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component aliphatic polyurethane coating, used as a top-coat for protection over exposed, polyurethane waterproofing coatings. It is used on roofs and terraces where a medium pedestrian traffic is expected. The MARISEAL 400 is used over the MARISEAL 250, and requires a glossy, color-stable and non-chalking finish. It is very resistant to water and frost. Its application is very simple. It can be applied by airless spray or roller. It is supplied in white, grey, and red color.

The MARISEAL SYSTEM has different ancillary products like a polyester, non-woven ,needle punched reinforcing fleece called MARISEAL FABRIC, the MARISEAL PU 30 which is is a medium modulus polyurethane sealant used to seal cracks, movement joints and 90 angle joints and the MARISEAL DECO FLAKES come in white, black, grey, red, blue and beige color. They are colored decorative flakes of a diameter 3mm.
